The married couple of 26 years was spotted walking hand-in-hand during a rare public outing together in Los Angeles last week.

According to pictures obtained by Daily Mail, the duo opted to keep things casual, with the 77-year-old in blue jeans and a dark gray shirt, as the actress donned a black-and-white checkered shirt and beige pants paired with brown boots and a black crossbody purse.

They both rocked black sunglasses and their naturally gray hair as they reportedly went shopping at Macy’s department store.

Roles Michael McKean Is Best Known For

McKean’s claim to fame was on Laverne & Shirley from 1976 to 1983, before landing the role of David St.Hubbins in This Is Spinal Tap in 1984. He’s also known for projects like Curb Your Enthusiasm, Dream On, Clue, Veep, Grace and Frankie, and Better Call Saul.

Throughout his tenured career, he’s received a Grammy award, while scoring Academy Award and Primetime Emmy Award nominations.

In addition to playing Hope McCrea on Netflix’s hit series Virgin River, her first breakthrough role was playing a Young American Miss contestant in Smile. She’s also known for her roles as Lana Lang in 1983’s Superman III and as Martha Kent for six seasons on Smallville. Annette O’Toole and Michael McKean Have a Long Romantic History

The lovebirds met years before they were romantically involved, with their friendship dating back to the 1970s when they met “many years ago when he was doing Laverne & Shirley,” according to O’Toole’s interview with Soundtrack.net in 2004.

They reconnected on the 1998 Lifetime movie Final Justice, with their first date at a benefit concert featuring Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and Van Morrison.

They later married in March 1999, making music and sharing the screen together numerous times.
